Having a healthy relationship with food is tough. Believe me, I know it! I spent most of my life in a cycle of emotional eating. It impacted my confidence, my health, and my daily life.


I tried everything: diets, books, professional help. I went to Weight Watchers and Overeaters Anonymous. Nothing worked. Until about 10 years ago when I looked beyond the food. It was less about what I was eating and what was eating at me. When I got to the root cause of my issue, I was suddenly free!


Now, my mission is helping clients get freedom from food, and help businesses improve their environments with healthier employees - saving money on healthcare costs and improving their recruitent and retention.
